2020 Levantine Hill Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Fermented and matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with flashes of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing offers up lime, gooseberry and lemon aromas followed by some grassy asparagus and delicate pencil shaving notes. Savoury citrus and gooseberry fruits are interwoven with some herbaceous grassy elements, pencilly cedar and spice. Waxy yet fresh textural feel finishing dry with vibrant acidity and an elegant mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
