2020 Chateau Minuty M de Minuty Rose

A blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 20% Syrah. Pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Scents of peach and strawberry are intermeshed with subtle pomegranate and wet stone notes. Delicious peach, strawberry and raspberry fruits are both intense and supple across the refreshing palate. Wet stone and mineral accents are picked up across the back half. Finishes dry with lively acidity and a long captivating stony mineral laden aftertaste.

Taut and lively on the palate, offering vibrant strawberry, red currant and blood orange flavors and a hint of honeysuckle. Finishes very long and precise, with resonating mineral and red berry notes. Drink 2021-2023.
