2020 Matias Riccitelli Hey Malbec!

Superb density of colour featuring an impenetrable inky black heart and an equally deep bright dark purple black hue. The nose is a fragrant mix of violets, ripe blueberries, blackcurrants and liquorice which intermingle with provincial herb and spicy vanillin cedar notes. Medium bodied, rich succulent dark cherry, blueberry and liquorice fruits are layered across the palate underpinned by dried herb, inky earth and spice characters. Finishes with a youthful vibrancy. Polished yet sturdy tannins leaning into a long bright blue fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
