2020 Novum Pinot Noir

Dark red core with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Intense spicy dark cherry, violet and anise aromas meld into plum, strawberry, stalky cedar and fresh herb notes. Rich dark to black cherry, plum, anise and strawberry flavours carry terrific power across the light to mid weighted palate. Toasty cedar, fresh herb and forest floor characters lie underneath. Good freshness with a fine grained, polished tannin structure. Concludes long, deep, spicy and elegant.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
