2020 Opawa Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red core with black toned edges and a red hue. Spicy dark cherry aromas infused with a mix of graphite and dried herbs emerge followed by some rhubarb and earth notes. Light in weight with a tense feel, dark cherry and rhubarb flavours meld into an earthy dried herb and woodsy spice back drop. Dryish finish with chalky tannins and bright acidity creating a tight structure. Concludes somewhat lean.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
