2020 Paringa Estate ‘Estate’ Chardonnay

Fermented in new and 1 year old French oak puncheons. Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Delightful white peach and nectarine scents meld into a mix of dried honey, biscuity oak, nougat, cashew and spice. Fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits are complimented by fresh acidity with notions of biscuity oak, nougat, cashew and spice lying underneath. Nicely balanced it finishes with a refined medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
