2020 Paritua Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense pitch black heart with a very deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated scents of cassis and mulberry intermingle with tobacco, dried herb, earthy black olive and spice notes. Rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits carry plenty of weight and textural volume across the palate backed by a firm tannin structure. Notions of earthy black olive characters, tobacco and spicy toasted cedar lie across the back half. Finishes chewy and muscular despite the lashings of ripe fruit.
