2020 Paul Conti Cabernet Sauvignon

Includes a small portion of Malbec in the blend. Midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice are married to cigar box, dried herbs, black olive and subtle spicy leather notes. Rich, concentrated and amply weighted the palate is flooded with fleshy textured blackcurrant, liquorice and mulberry fruits which sit atop a vanillin cedar, tobacco, scorched earth and spicy bay leaf background. Sturdy yet integrated tannin structure concluding long, juicy and bold.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
