2020 Siduri Willamette Valley Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense ripe peach, apricot and bees wax like scents sail from the glass trailed by some lemon butter, biscuity nougat and spice notes. Fleshy ripe peach, pear and apricot fruits drive the mid weighted palate with bees wax, lemon butter, subtle almond and spicy nougat characteristics lingering through the back half. Gently creamed supple mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

The 2020 Chardonnay Willamette Valley was matured for 10 months in 25% new French oak. It has youthful aromas of yellow peach and apples, cashews, toast and creamy undertones. The medium-bodied palate features generous, layered flavors delivered in an alluringly creamy texture. It has a foil of bright acidity and a long, energetic finish. 3,600 cases were made. Drink 2024-2034.
