A rich, juicy Burgundy full of black fruit with a slightly inky feel, chalky tannins and fresh acidity.

Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated aromas of violet, freshly crushed cherries and black raspberries sail out of the glass followed by some Provincial herb, earth and inky incense like notes. Rich and juicy the palate carries plenty of weight with lush black cherry and black raspberry fruit overlaying a violet infused back drop of incense, earth and spicy provincial herbs. Slightly inky feel with chalky tannins and fresh underlying acidity leading into a vibrantly fruited finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
