2020 Vagnoni Toscana Rosso

A blend of 70% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo, 5% Pragnolino, 5% Colorino and 5% indigenous grapes. Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Lifted ripe red currant aromas mix with dark cherries, dusty cedar, dried herbs and spice. Rich red currant and ripe dark cherry fruits drive the palate underscored by a robust tannin structure. Vanillin cedar, dusty earth, dried herbs and spice linger underneath. Dryish, slightly grippy finish with a rustic yet fruit loaded aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
