2020 Wilhelmshof Riesling Alte Reben Spatlese Trocken

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime juice, red apple and subtle honeysuckle aromas drift through the nostrils followed by some oily toast and wet steel notes. Juicy lime, green apple and red apple fruits decorate the palate with infusions of orange blossom, mandarin and steely mineral elements lining the back half. Crisp acidity finishing dry, long and zingy.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
