2021 Ad Hoc Hen & Chicken Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish toned edges and a watery hue. Delightful white peach and dried honey aromas fill the nostrils followed by hints of crème brulee, citrusy nougat and spice. A direct reflection of the nose, the palate features fleshy textured white peach, ripe nectarine and dried honey flavours over crème brulee, nougat and spice elements. Good intensity and freshness with a cream tinged aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
