Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Fresh peach and honeysuckle aromas are trailed by apricot and a whiff of ginger spice. Rich and ripe, fleshy peach, pear and apricot fruits intermix with honeysuckle and subtle ginger spice. A full, creamy like textural feel is counterpointed by an energetic freshness. Long mouth filling finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

From 1994 plantings comes this expressive 2021 Marsanne which opens up with generous and complex aromas of warm butter, apricot and honeysuckle with beautifully integrated oak ferment and maturation. Deliciously textural with complex flavours of marzipan in a savoury and refined package that holds over a lengthy, subtle finish. An outstanding Australian Marsanne expression. Drink 2024-2030.
