2021 Antonio Soave DOC

Antonio Fattori is the third generation to grow vines and make wine at his family’s Terrossa estates. Made from fruit grown on the vineyards near Antonio’s home, he picks fruit early, close to a week before most, to retain freshness.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green skirting the edges and a watery hue. Granny Smith apple and lime aromas are followed by some pear, fresh herb and subtle stony mineral notes. The scrumptious palate is intensely flavoured with pear, lime and green apple fruits which sit over a delicate back drop of fresh herbs and wet stone. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long beautifully rounded aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
