Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Leaping out of the glass are pungent scents of herbaceous gooseberries and passionfruit followed by some green apple and grassy asparagus like notes. Possessing terrific intensity and a mouth watering flavour profile of ripe gooseberry and passionfruit over subtle asparagus and herbaceous grassy elements, the palate well and truly over delivers for its price point. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and a long, super scrumptious aftertaste. Outstanding value.
