2021 Barringwood Grazier's Pinot Noir

Twenty Five percent whole bunch inclusion with maturation taking place in French oak barriques (20% new) for a period of 8 months.
Dark red core with black tinged edges and a red to dark red hue. Blossoming out of the glass are captivating scents of spicy dark cherries, rhubarb, dried clove, brambly cedar and forest floor. Delicious dark cherry and strawberry fruits make a supple entrance complexed by notions of rhubarb, brambly cedar, dried clove, forest floor and spicy dried herbs. Polished tannins. Excellent power wave with a long expansive conclusion that’s highly savoury.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
