2021 Bird in Hand Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Delightful pear and red apple aromas are accompanied by light dried honey and citrus notes. Intense pear and red apple skin flavours meld into notions of quince, delicate honeysuckle and spice. Finishes dry and brisk with refreshing acidity and a long beautifully textured yet vibrant aftertaste.
