2021 Bud Burst Shiraz

Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Rising out of the glass with plenty of intensity are dark plum and liquorice aromas which intermix with vanillin oak, earthy mocha and spice notes. Rich and plump the weighty palate is awash with juicy dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruits which meld into a spicy vanillin oak and earthy mocha back drop. Velvet smooth tannins with a long opulent conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
