2021 Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

A blend of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Semillon. Brilliant water like core with a greenish tinge running around the edges. Leaping from the glass are intense passionfruit, ripe gooseberry and lime scents which have a subtle herbaceous grassy overlay. Finishes with a whiff of capsicum. Scrumptious passionfruit, lime and green apple flavours overlay a back drop of herbaceous gooseberries and grassy asparagus like characters. Dry finish with crisp, mineral infused acidity and a zingy aftertaste.
