2021 Casalforte Soave

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, lime and Jonathan apple are followed by hints of quince and wet slate. Delicious green pear, lime and green apple fruits race across the zippy palate with some wet stone elements lingering underneath. Crisp acidity finishing dry and zingy.
Drink over the next year.
