2021 Castello Della Rosa Pinot Grigio

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Red apple and lime aromas intermix with pear, light honeysuckle like notes and spice. Beautifully textured, delicious red apple, fresh pear and lime flavours slide across the palate with some stony mineral characters lying underneath. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a scrumptious finish.
