2021 Caves d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rose

Made from a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren, Whispering Angel is one of Provence’s leading producers of Rose. Translucent pale salmon pink in colour. Fragrant peach, raspberry and strawberry scents escape from the glass followed by subtle blood orange and slate notes. Nicely rounded and supple on entry, flavours of raspberry and peach intermix with some strawberry, delicate blood orange and slatey mineral characters. Lively acidity finishing dry, long and vivaciously moreish.
