2021 Chalk Hill Europa Shiraz

Dense inky black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced blackberry and liquorice aromas mix with black cherry, vanillin cedar, inky earth and blackpepper. Rich, juicy blackberry and liquorice fruits overlay vanillin cedar, earth and blackpepper. Slightly inky finish with bright youthful acidity and chalky tannins. Amply powered it finishes with lashings of peppery black fruit.
