2021 Chateau Routas Rose

Produced from a blend of Cinsualt, Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Translucent pale salmon pink in colour. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry and peach blossom out of the glass followed by hints of musk and wet slate. Slippery and supple in its feel the palate is decorated with a moreish flavour profile of raspberries, strawberries and musk which overlay a stony mineral back drop. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a long beautifully rounded aftertaste.
