Midnight black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Heady dark plum, liquorice and blackberry aromas fill the nostrils followed by toasty vanillin oak and earthy mocha characters. Rich, full and opulent the palate is flooded with plush dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruit which is married to prominent toasty vanillin oak, earth and spicy mocha elements. Velvety yet underlying sturdy tannin structure. Showing ample power it finishes long and fleshy with plenty of toasty vanillin oak shining through.
