2021 Colab and Bloom Nero d’Avola

Very deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Elevated ripe black cherry and liquorice scents intermingle with dried herb, scorched earth and spice notes. Generous black cherry and liquorice fruits carry good richness over a back drop of scorched earth, dried herbs and spice. Fine grained tannins with a richly fruited yet savoury conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
