2021 Collector Marked Tree Red Shiraz

Deep dark red black colour with a lively dark red hue. Blackpepper infused red liquorice and scorched earth aromas rise out of the glass trailed by smoky dried clove, dried meat and capsicum notes. The elegant, medium bodied palate features red plum and red liquorice fruits over a smoked dried meat, dried clove and peppered earth back drop. Grainy tannins concluding bright, savoury and peppery.
