2021 DCB Wine Woori Yallock Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Savoury red to dark fruits with a supple feel and long, elegant finish.

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light red hue. Perfumed aromas of violets, red to dark cherries, wild strawberries and subtle anise sail through the nostrils followed by some dried herb, spicy cedar and forest floor notes. The savoury palate is layered with red to dark cherry, strawberry, anise and delicate rhubarb flavours. Dried herb, forest floor and spicy cedar elements lie underneath. Supple in its feel it has refined yet neatly structured tannins and fresh underlying acidity. Concludes long and elegant with spicy red to dark fruits.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
