2021 Deep Woods Estate Ivory Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Semillon was sourced from the northern part of Margaret River where it achieved full ripeness imparting richness to the wine whilst the Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from the southern-most part of the region where the most vibrant fruit is found, lending a linear acidity to the blend.
Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges. Herbaceous gooseberry and grassy asparagus top notes mix with hints of green apple and lime. Crunchy gooseberry, passionfruit and green apple flavours are underpinned by crisp acidity with some lingering herbaceous grassy characters on the dry finish. Long scrumptious aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
