2021 Domaine de la Motte Petit Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime, pear and green apple scents are trailed by wet stone and minerally oyster shell like notes. Zippy lime and green apple fruits sit above a wet slate, oyster shell and mineral back drop. Finishes dry with energetic acidity and a lively lemon mineral laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
