Domaine de Montille is celebrated as one of the greatest Domaines not only in Burgundy but throughout France. Renowned for its elegant, pure, and mineral-driven wines, Domaine de Montille produces vintages that develop magnificently with age.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tint around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted white peach, pear and citrus aromas have a distinct wet stone overlay with hints of biscuity nougat and spice also evident. Fresh and refined the palate features pear, nectarine and lime fruits over a delicate dried honey and stony mineral back drop. Lively acidity finishing frisky and elegant.
