2021 Domaine de Pajot Les 4 Cepages Blanc

A certified organic blend of Sauvignon, Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, tropical fruit and red apple skin are trailed by some wet stone notes. Fresh, light and vibrant, pear and guava fruits meld into green apple, lime and stony mineral characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a light refreshing aftertaste.
