2021 Domaine Naturaliste Artus Chardonnay
Other Reviews....
A wine from the big end of town, built on a scaffold of French oak barrel fermentation and stiletto acidity. Grapefruit and nectarine fill in the masonry. It is layered and balanced.

Let it roll, baby roll. Artus at the bolder end of Margaret River Chardonnay, but invariably very good at it.
Nashi pear, peach, cinnamon and clove, honey and fennel, cheese rind. It’s powerful, a little buttery and spicy, but tight in citrus acidity, with a grainy grip, green mango and melon, spicy and powerful on a long finish. All the things. Excellent. Drink 2023 - 2030+.

A linear and fresh chardonnay with sliced pears, apples and stone aromas and flavors. Medium body. Clean and crisp. Bright finish. A clean and crisp expression of Margaret River chardonnay. Drink now. Screw cap.
