2021 Dr Burklin-Wolf Dry Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime zest and lemon scents are trailed by hints of red apple, slate and steely mineral notes. Zippy lemon, lime and Granny Smith apple fruits race across the palate with laser like acidity providing precision and focus. Finishes dry with notions of wet steel and flinty mineral elements lingering through the zesty aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
