2021 Eden Hall Springton Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque midnight black heart with a deep dark red hue. Intense blackcurrant, dried cherry and dark plum aromas engulf the nostrils followed by vanillin cedar, dried herb, subtle earthy tobacco and mint notes. Rich and opulent the full bodied palate is flooded with concentrated ripe blackcurrant, dark plum and minty dried herb characters which overlay a tobacco and spice back drop. Ripe sturdy tannin structure with a long amply fleshed finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
