2021 Famille Paquet Saint-Veran

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peaches, apricot and honeycomb mix with crème brulee, bacon fat and spice. Rich peach and nectarine fruits overlay a honeycomb, crème brulee, citrusy nougat and spice back drop. A fullish medium weighted feel is complimented by fresh acidity. Ample in its length it has a generous yet refined finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
