Certified biodynamic and organic. Bright red to dark red core with black shaded edges and a youthful purple red hue. Fragrant rose petal infused aromas of raspberry and red liquorice drift through the olfactory senses followed by earthy incense and fresh herb like notes. Lively red to dark raspberry and red liquorice fruits are underscored by fresh crunchy acidity. Some earthy incense and crushed rock like elements linger in the background. Slightly chalky tannins with an elegant, highly energised mineral driven finish.
