2021 Five Geese Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense midnight black core with a very dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas fill the nostrils followed by some liquorice, vanillin cedar, tobacco, earth and bay leaf notes. Rich blackcurrant, dark plum and red liquorice fruits carry medium to full body weight with vanillin cedar, earthy tobacco and bay leaf characters lying underneath. Sturdy tannin structure with a generous mid length finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
