2021 Francesca Vigne Marina Coppi Bianco

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear, baked apple and honeysuckle aromas drift out of the glass followed by hints of quince and spice. Zingy and light yet showing ample textural volume across the palate, flavours of fresh pear, green apple, lime and quince sit over a saline and almond back drop. Finishes very dry and stony with lively acidity and a lingering salinity.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
