2021 Friends of Punch Pinot Noir

Includes a 5% whole bunch component with aging taking place in French oak for 10 months. Semi translucent dark red core with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Fragrant red cherry and winter strawberry scents intermix with a dash of sour cherries, forest floor, sappy cedar, fresh herb and spice notes. Delicious red cherry and winter strawberry fruits show ample freshness and offer plenty of savoury appeal. Adding complexity are spicy cedar, forest floor, subtle rhubarb and infusions of fresh herbs. Lively acidity with a polished tannin structure and long bright juicy red fruited finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
