Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals a mix of pear, red apple and honeysuckle scents with a hint of quince also evident. Ripe pear and red apple fruits have a rounded feel with notions of honeysuckle and spice lying underneath. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a luscious aftertaste.
