2021 Hay Shed Hill Malbec

Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Inky blackcurrant and liquorice aromas mix with vanillin cedar, earth and spicy tobacco notes. Rich blackcurrant and blueberry fruits sit over an inky back drop of earthy black olive, tobacco and spicy dried herb characters. Firmish tannins impart a chewy feel onto the mid length finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
