2021 Hentley Farm Blanc de Noir

Pours with a buoyant fluffy white mousse that sits over a pale salmon pink tinged base. The very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Ripe pear and strawberry scents show good intensity with hints of musk and red apple also evident. Exuberantly fruity the palate features pear, strawberry, red apple and musk flavours. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a fruit driven aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
