2021 Hentley Farm Villain & Vixen Shiraz

Matured for 15 months in seasoned French oak. Saturated inky black dark purple colour with a deep dark purple black hue. Freshly crushed scents of dark plum, blueberry and liquorice escape from the glass followed by vanillin cedar and spice notes. Rich and plump yet youthfully fresh the full bodied palate is awash with succulent spicy dark plum, liquorice and blueberry fruits which sit over a back drop of vanillin cedar, inky earth and pepper characters. Bright finish with polished tannins and a long vibrantly juicy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
