2021 Hollick The Bard Coonawarra Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and crème brulee like aromas mix with some honeycomb, nougat and spice. Rich peach, crème brulee and vanilla cream like flavours overlay touches of bacon fat, honeycomb and spicy nougat. Despite its luscious textural feel it finishes with a burst of refreshing acidity on the long cream tinged aftertaste. Delivers excellent intensity and depth for the price.
