Pinot noir sourced from the Huon Valley; destemmed, nine months in oak (2% new). Juicy and pure fruited straight out of the gate, with a slice of sweet spice and forest floor complexity vying for attention. Gentle on tannin with bright acidity, it slides into a more savoury shape and exits with a medium-length memory of its transit. Drink 2023 - 2026.
