2021 Huia Sauvignon Blanc

Certified organic with 65% of the juice fermented in neutral French oak. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. A mix of passionfruit and grapefruit scents greets the nostrils with some herbaceous gooseberries and grassy asparagus notes also present. Showing wonderful intensity the palate is flush with mouth watering passionfruit and lime fruits. Subtle herbaceous grassy characters and stony mineral elements lie underneath. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long refreshing aftertaste.
