2021 Juniper Three Fields Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted nectarine, pear and dried honey aromas mix with hints of roasted almond, nougat and spice. The palate is layered with rich fleshy peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours which sit atop a delicate citrusy nougat and spice back drop. Gently creamed feel finishing with ample freshness on the refined mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
