2021 K1 Wines Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Intense passionfruit top notes are followed by green apple, hints of lime, herbaceous gooseberry and subtle grassy asparagus scents. Zippy passionfruit, green apple and lime fruits race across the palate underscored by crunchy acidity. Ascents of herbaceous grassy characters and minerals are picked up on the back half. Long crisp dry finish.
